Kangaroos and Wallabies: Earth, Moon, and Sun

Our Spring Community Service Project-Helping our furry friends!

The Kangaroos and Wallabies are teaming up with the Puffins to collect needed items for the Oregon Humane Society. Below is a list of needed supplies. We will be collecting items through Friday, March 23rd. Please help us make this another successful community service project! :)

Needed Supplies:

*Note: we currently do not need blankets. Please do not bring blankets to the shelter.

**Items Needed Urgently

• Wet/canned cat food (see brands below)

• Wet/canned dog food (see brands below)

• Dry cat food (see brands below)

• “Good Mews” cat pellet litter

• Dog treats for small dogs; soft treats preferred

Advantage/ADVANTIX/Frontline flea control

Food Supplies

• The brands of food we accept; Canidae/Felidae, Castor & Pollux, Pinnacle, Innova, Wellness, Newman's Own, Royal Canin, Natural Balance, Nutro, Eukanuba, Iams (no Iams wet cat food, please), Friskies, and Science Diet.

• Stainless steel dog bowls

• Esbilac (replacement puppy milk)

• KMR (replacement kitten milk)

• Rodent mix food

• Small bites dogs food for small breed dogs

• Ceramic crock bowls for small animals

Kennel Items

• Kuranda Beds (can be donated to OHS through the Kuranda Website)

• Collars-new (flat dog collars, NOT flea collars)

• Kitten (small) size litter boxes

• “Good Mews” cat litter

• Nylon or leather leashes-new

Vari-kennels (large and x-large)

Grooming Items

• Clippers and blades

• Nail clippers (cat/dog)

Flea combs

Toys for Enrichment

• Hard rubber chew toys (Kongs)

• Rawhides

• Nylabones

• Tennis balls

• Rodent chew toys/baby toys

• Large and small parrot toys

• Cat toys (no loose catnip)

Rabbit toys (hard plastic toys such as baby rattles, baby plastic keys, bird toys with bells inside, etc.)

Health Items

• Heating pads

• Postal scales to weigh kittens
